General Terms and Conditions

  1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations between Hyalogos s.r.o., with its registered office at Zimákova 1148/29, Company ID No.: 21421170,
e-mail: hyalogos@hyalogos.com, phone: +420 724 323 599 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”),
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), when purchasing goods through the online store available at www.hyalogos.com.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the online store. Any provisions deviating from these Terms and Conditions may be agreed individually.

 

  1. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of goods on the website www.hyalogos.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order by e-mail.
The Buyer must provide true and complete information when placing an order.

 

  1. Price of Goods and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
The Buyer may choose from the following payment methods:

  • cash upon personal collection,
  • bank transfer,
  • card payment,
  • or cash on delivery.

The Seller issues an electronic invoice (tax document) for each purchase.

 

  1. Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered through Česká pošta (Czech Post), Zásilkovna, PPL, or personal collection.
The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days after the confirmation of the order.
The Buyer shall pay delivery costs according to the current delivery price list published on the website.

 

  1. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer – consumer – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
The Buyer may send the withdrawal notice by e-mail to hyalogos.com.
The Seller shall refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as used by the Buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

 

  1. Complaints and Warranty

All goods are covered by the statutory warranty of 24 months.
The Buyer must check the goods upon receipt and report any defects without undue delay.
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail or in writing. The Seller shall handle the complaint within 30 days of its submission.

 

  1. Personal Data Protection

Personal data of the Buyer are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy of Hyalogos s.r.o., available at www.hyalogos.com.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

The Buyer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and settled by the competent court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

 

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 November 2025.
The Seller reserves the right to modify or update them at any time.
The current version is always available on the website www.hyalogos.com.
