Privacy Policy

Operator of the online store: Hyalogos s.r.o.

 

  1. General Information

Hyalogos s.r.o., with its registered office at Zimákova 1148/29, Company ID No.: 21421170,
e-mail: hyalogos@hyalogos.com, phone: +420 724 323 599 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”),
processes personal data of its customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the relevant laws of the Czech Republic.

 

  1. Scope and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Controller processes personal data provided by the customer during registration, when placing an order, or during communication with the online store.
The processed data include in particular:

  • name and surname,
  • delivery address,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • order and payment details.

The purpose of processing is to ensure order fulfillment, delivery of goods, invoicing, customer communication, and compliance with legal obligations.

 

  1. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • performance of the contract between the customer and the Controller,
  • fulfillment of the Controller’s legal obligations,
  • the Controller’s legitimate interests (e.g. protection of rights and property),
  • and, where applicable, the data subject’s consent (for example, to receive marketing communications).

 

  1. Data Retention Period

Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing — typically for 3 years from the last order,
unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).

 

  1. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be disclosed only to trusted partners who are involved in the delivery of goods or payment processing,
such as Česká pošta (Czech Post), Zásilkovna, PPL, and payment service providers.
The Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.

 

  1. Rights of Data Subjects

The customer (data subject) has the following rights:

  • the right of access to their personal data,
  • the right to rectification or erasure,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing,
  • and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

 

  1. Data Security

The Controller implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data
and to prevent their misuse, loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
Personal data are stored in secure databases with restricted access.

 

  1. Sending of Commercial Communications

Customer e-mail addresses may be used to send information about new products, discounts, and offers from Hyalogos s.r.o.,
if the customer has given consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail
or by sending a request to the Controller’s e-mail address.

 

  1. Final Provisions

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
