Recommended dosage
The official recommended daily dose of hyaluronic acid is not specified, it is stated in the range of 200-1000 mg, according to the latest studies, the amount of 240 mg of hyaluronic acid is recommended. Do we recommend an intake corresponding to a whole teaspoon, or... X doses from the supplied dispenser, once to 3 times a day. If you take a larger dose, there is no need to worry. You are not at risk of an overdose of hyaluronic acid. We recommend adding each dose to a glass of juice or another drink, it will practically not change its taste.
